Yesterday, we had a book signing at Fairfield University, a Jesuit university in Fairfield, Connecticut.  I am a Trustee of the university and received my undergraduate degree there in 1970.  Vice President of Administration, James Fitzpatrick, ushered me into the bookstore and there was a terrific display with a full complement of books.  Welcome, Joe Bronson, Class of 1970 and Author of Golf Chronicles.  We have a number of golfers on the Trustees and sales were brisk.  The non-golfers bought the book as well.  The university also bought the book for the golf team so it was nice experience and added a little spice to our Trustees meeting.
